All-Inclusive Lifestyle

Summerfield Senior Living offers all our residents an all-inclusive lifestyle. We understand the importance of providing our residents with a full-service community that offers excellent service combined with affordability. Keeping the needs of our residents in mind, we have developed our all-inclusive lifestyle that is both affordable and convenient.

Residents at Summerfield are entitled to a wide variety of services. Our All-Inclusive Lifestyle includes utilities, rent, weekly housekeeping, three meals daily, and a linen service to all of our residents, regardless of their level of care. Our Assisted Living resident’s are entitled to services that assist them with activities of daily living, in addition to medication management, and a hydration and snack program.

All of our residents are able to contract additional services on an a la carte basis for singular or multiple health care needs as they may arise through our in-house team or third party providers. We also offer an enhanced level of care option to serve our residents that require attention above and beyond the standard level of care we deliver to our residents (additional rates may apply).

One of the greatest assets of Summerfield is that through our continuum of care, we afford our residents the opportunity to age in place. So many individuals take advantage of the levels of care we offer at Summerfield as they age and their health care needs increase. Being able to stay with the same staff, in the same community, with all your friends is an added bonus for Summerfield residents.

We evaluate each resident on an individual basis and determine which services and or care needs are applicable to them and develop a customized care plan to fit their needs. At Summerfield Senior Living our residents are our family, and their well-being, satisfaction and health is our priority.
